Final pricing is determined through an in-home estimate and written contract.

3. Estimates and Pricing

All estimates provided through the Site or in person are subject to the following:

• Estimates are free and carry no obligation.
• Written estimates are valid for 60 days from the date of issue unless otherwise noted.
• Final pricing may differ from online estimates due to window sizes, existing conditions, accessibility, and material selection.
• A signed written contract is required before work begins.

All window replacement and installation work is governed by a separate written service agreement between you and the Company. That agreement specifies the scope of work, materials, timeline, pricing, payment terms, and warranty coverage. These Terms of Service govern only your use of the Site.

5. Warranties

We provide the following warranties on our work:

• Workmanship Warranty: 10-year warranty on all installation work performed by our crews, covering defects in installation including air or water infiltration at the window frame.
• Manufacturer Warranty:All window products carry the manufacturer's warranty, which varies by brand and product line. We provide all warranty documentation at project completion.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on the Site, including text, images, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of Window Company Long Island LLC or its content suppliers and is protected by copyright and trademark laws. 7. User Submissions

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Nassau County or Suffolk County, New York.
